Free Legal Evaluation

If you live in western Pennsylvania, you may know me from my television commercials. I’m the lawyer who says: “There’s never a fee unless we get money for you.”

Because I’m recognized from years of TV ads, people often ask me questions about legal issues. Or, they want my opinion on legal news of the day. So I’m starting this blog to focus on legal matters that don’t always get the attention—or explanation—they deserve.

 And I didn’t even know what a blog was a year ago!

I’ve practiced law for over 40 years, and I’d like to think I’ve learned a thing or two that can benefit you and the people you care about. I’ve enlisted my partners and staff to be future guest bloggers when we need their expertise in specific areas of injury law. Our goal is to provide you with information to protect your legal rights, as well as up-to-date and important legal news that impacts you. Plus, we’ll be throwing in some interesting stories that you won’t want to miss.
